Complaint

We ensure that the products offered by Gremari are of the highest quality. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the purchased product, please contact us.
Every gremari.com customer has the right to file a complaint within 24 months from the date of purchase if the purchased product has manufacturing defects or is inconsistent with the contract. Warranty claims are eligible if the product is covered by a warranty. In other situations, pursuant to Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code, you are entitled to warranty rights for all products purchased at gremari.com for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

How to file a complaint?

  1. Prepare the product and your proof of purchase or other proof of purchase from our store, such as a bank transfer confirmation.
  2. Complete the complaint form; you can download it here (of course, you can prepare a manual description of the complaint. You can use our form to provide the necessary information).
  3. Pack the product you are complaining about along with the documents. Carefully secure the package to prevent damage or destruction during transport. The Consumer is responsible for the shipment sent by the Consumer. If you are using the box in which you received the order, remove the old shipping label and carefully seal the package.

Important

  1. Complaints are processed promptly within 14 days of receipt of the product.
  2. Complaints are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. The Seller is liable under the terms specified in law for defects in goods if they are discovered within two years of purchase.
  3. If the complaint is deemed justified, we will fulfill the claim in accordance with applicable warranty provisions. All warranty regulations can be found in the Store Terms and Conditions.
