Delivery time for your order consists of processing time + delivery time.
For your convenience, we offer home delivery by DPD or DHL accross EU.
We operate only within the EU and reserve the right to automatically reject orders from outside the EU.
Processing time includes production and packaging, as well as waiting for the courier to collect the shipment from our premises. The vast majority of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. We strive to ensure that this process does not take longer than 48 hours (2 business days). During this time, our jewelers work intensively to specially prepare the ring, necklace, bracelet, or earrings you have selected.
The processing time for orders containing products made of rose gold is at least 7 business days, plus shipping time.
We reserve the right to change the delivery time for all or selected products. In such cases, information about the planned dispatch date will be published on the relevant product pages.
The next stage is the shipping time, when the shipment is already in the hands of the courier company. Depending on the selected delivery method and your delivery address, this usually takes between 3 and 7 business days. During periods of increased sales, such as before holidays, this time may be extended beyond our control. In such cases, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your customer account. Once your shipment has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your jewelry’s journey from our goldsmith’s workshop directly to you.
