The time it takes to receive your order consists of processing time + delivery time.
Processing time includes the manufacturing and packaging process and waiting for the courier to pick up the shipment from our headquarters.
We strive to ensure that this process takes no longer than 48 hours (2 business days).
During this time, our jewelers work intensively to prepare the selected ring, necklace, bracelet, or earrings especially for you.
The next step is the delivery time, when the shipment is already in the hands of the courier company. Depending on the delivery method you have chosen and your place of residence, this can take 2 to 4 business days. During periods of increased sales, such as before holidays, this time may be extended beyond our control. In such cases, please contact us and we will certainly try to help you.
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your customer account. Once we hand over your shipment to the courier, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number, allowing you to track the journey of your jewelry from our goldsmith's workshop directly to your personal collection.
